Provide conditions of service benefits including verifying leave applications before capturing on PERSAL, appointment dates, qualifications, incentives system and HR personnel records. Provide Human Resource Development Services including facilitating the implementation of human resource development strategy and plans. Oversee Human Resource Development services including bursary administration, training interventions, internships and Work Integrated Learning, induction, performance management and development systems and integrated quality management systems.
